Conceito e Definição
PIB
PIB é
a sigla para Produto Interno Bruto, e representa a soma, em valores
monetários, de todos os bens e serviços finais produzidos numa
determinada região, durante um determinado período.
O PIB é
um dos indicadores mais utilizados na macroeconomia, e tem o objetivo principal
de mensurar a atividade econômica de uma região. Na contagem do PIB,
considera-se apenas bens e serviços finais, excluindo da conta todos os bens de
consumo intermediários.
Para
analisar o comportamento do PIB de um país é preciso diferenciar o PIB
nominal do PIB real.
PIB nominal
calcula a preços correntes, ou seja, no ano em que o produto foi produzido e
comercializado, e PIB real é calculado a preços constantes, onde é escolhido um
ano-base para eliminar o efeito da inflação, e o PIB real é o mais indicado
para análises.
O PIB
pode ser calculado a partir de três óticas: a ótica da despesa, a ótica da
oferta e a ótica do rendimento.
Na ótica
da despesa, o valor do PIB é calculado a partir das
despesas efetuadas pelos diversos agentes econômicos em
bens e serviços para utilização final, e corresponderá à despesa
interna, que inclui a despesa das famílias e do Estado em bens de consumo e a
despesa das empresas em investimentos.
Na ótica
da oferta, o valor do PIB é calculado a partir do valor gerado em cada uma das
empresas que operam na economia.
Já na
ótica do rendimento, o valor do PIB é calculado a partir dos rendimentos de
fatores produtivos distribuídos pelas empresas, ou seja, a soma dos rendimentos
do fator trabalho com os rendimentos de outros fatores produtivos.
PIB Per Capita:
PIB per
capita é o produto interno bruto, dividido pela quantidade de habitantes de um
país. O PIB é a soma de todos os bens de um país, e quanto maior o PIB, mais
demonstra o quanto esse país é desenvolvido, e podem ser classificados entre
países pobres, ricos ou em desenvolvimento.
O PIB per
capita é um indicador muito utilizado na macroeconomia, e tem como objetivo a
economia de um país, estado, ou região. Para o cálculo do PIB, é considerado
apenas bens e serviços finais.
O PIB per
capita é usado como indicador, pois quanto mais rico o país é, mais seus
cidadãos se beneficiam. O PIB possui apenas uma consideração, é possível que o
PIB aumente enquanto os cidadãos ficam mais pobres, e isso ocorre pois o PIB
não considera o nível de desigualdade de renda das sociedades.
